Where do you ship?
Right now, we only ship within Canada. We're a small operation based in Montréal, and we want to get your order right before we expand beyond our borders — US shipping is on the radar for the future!
What is the shipping rate?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada: $10.00 CAD per order, calculated at checkout.
What is the processing time?
Orders are packed by hand within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does it take for delivery?
Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Please note delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales are final
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Missing & Damaged Items
We want you to receive your order complete and in good condition. If your order arrives with a missing or damaged item, please contact us at offhoursink@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item(s) or packaging
- A description of what's missing or damaged
We'll review and issue a refund or replacement for the affected item(s), if applicable.
